A high-risk pregnancy is a pregnancy that carries an increased risk for both the expectant mother and the fetus. Some of the factors that may pose potential complications are as follows: Maternal Age: Teenage mothers who are less than 17 years of age or women over 35 years carry more risk. Medical Conditions: Pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, a
